<p>蘋果腰果肉絲蝦仁炒飯<br />
炒過的米煮熟後，加上炒熟的肉絲及蝦仁用橄欖油拌炒在一起。依各人口味酌加點鹽跟胡椒。之後再拌入腰果和蘋果。裝盤。</p>

<p>小黃瓜涼拌雞絲<br />
用電鍋先將雞肉蒸熟，取出趁熱時抹上一層鹽巴，等冷卻後在撕成雞絲。<br />
小黃瓜切絲，撒上一些鹽巴抓一抓，等待十分鐘入味後用白開水衝洗掉多餘的鹽巴。然後將醃製好的小黃瓜與肉絲拌在一起。依個人喜好可再加上酌量胡椒與檸檬汁或柳丁汁。</p>

<p>水果沙拉<br />
生菜沙拉或者是蘿蔓葉洗乾淨後撕成碎片，鋪上一些切丁或切片的小黃瓜及蘋果，之後再放入小蕃茄以及葡萄。最後再淋上自製的義大利沙拉醬 （橄欖油加上檸檬汁加上些許的鹽及胡椒）。</p>

將鱈魚退冰洗乾淨，撒上一些鹽跟黑胡椒，並且鋪上一些薑絲去腥味。使用電鍋蒸熟或者用微波爐煮熟。煮熟後的湯汁也可以淋在飯上面，飯吃起來會更滑潤美味。</p>

熱鍋後放入橄欖油，陸續加入蘆筍和新鮮香菇，然後再加入已退冰的干貝和蝦仁一起拌炒至熟。最後再加上一些黑胡椒和鹽即完成。也可以酌量加入腰果來增加口感。</p>

<p>電鍋中加入雞肉、香菇、紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔以及少許鹽巴，之後再加入水淹過食材。外鍋加水，煮熟即可。</p>
